Leadership Meeting
The Youth Action Council is inviting students in grades eight to 12 to attend the second annual Youth Leadership Conference. The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 8 at Simpson University. Ty Sells, a national motivational speaker, will conduct leadership building activities, and the Youth Action Council will provide workshops on such topics as goal-setting, developmental assets and lifestyle choices. The cost is $5 and parent permission is required. Registration is due by March 3, 2008. |
